Who is MABÓ?


For us, quality comes always first.

We started this extraordinary journey with one thought in mind: to choose and offer you the best coffee.
We carefully select batches that confirm the standards of specialty coffee, which means that only ripe cherries are picked by hand and that batches can be easily tracked from the origin to your coffee cup.

Bogdan Georgescu is the Romanian National Champion and World Roasting Vice-Champion.
He is responsible for developing the roasting profiles to reveal the unique flavors and notes of each green coffee that captures his attention.

He is a perfectionist, that's why he tests each batch of coffee with several roasting profiles for a consistency of quality.
Then cupping to identify and highlight the notes developed. And yes, he drinks a lot of coffee.

We only work based on pre-order, which means that we roast only specific coffees in the ordered quantity. 

We are always looking to offer you all the details for the complete traceability of each batch of coffee.
We tell you exactly about the origin of the coffee and the producer - farm, cooperative or processing station, about the harvest period, so that you can be sure that you bought an excellent coffee.
